After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up here, and I will show you things which must be hereafter. And immediately I was in the spirit; and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne. And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a carnelian stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in appearance like unto an emerald. Revelation 4:1-3
When John was transported into heaven the first thing he noticed was the Throne of God. The one who sat on the throne was the first person he saw.
(The jasper and carnelian stones are red in color, and an emerald is green in color – Thanks Cinta for pointing that out)
Everyone will one day see exactly what John saw and who John saw.
Let’s look up into heaven today and see our Father seated on His throne and Jesus Christ His Son seated at His right hand, and worship Him!

And when those living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to him that sits on the throne, who lives forever and ever, The four and twenty elders fall down before him that is sitting on the throne, and worship him that lives forever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying,
You are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power: for you have created all things, and for your pleasure they are and were created.
(Revelation 4:9-11)
Let’s fall down before Him and worship Him! worshiping in Spirit and in Truth.
Are you a worshiper of God?

In response to your question, I am. Now, we see why Jesus came. Should we see God in His glory and majesty….. Whew! I dare not say what would have happened. It’s unfortunate that many are using the form Jesus came in to pigeonhole G-O-D.
