Propriety

What is fitting, appropriate.

Many ‘christians’ seem to have lost all sense of propriety.

Read Paul’s counsel on marriage, 1 Cor. 7,  and appreciate his sense of propriety when dealing with these matters. He chose to exercise propriety, and shunned vulgarity. The things which are Holy should be treated as Holy and Sacred, never in a vulgar or common way.
