Sarojini

Please pray for Sarojini. She is here in the hospital where Sheela just had her surgery. Sheela and i travelled down to S India, 3 days drive, for the surgery.

Sarojini was run over by a bus. All the skin of one leg is totally gone, down to the bone, from the thigh down to her foot. It’s infected and the infection is spreading. The doctors have  said there is nothing more they can do for her. She is 52. All her family were saved out of Hinduism years ago by the LORD Jesus after He appeared to her husband, who was a Hindu priest. Then the whole family got saved.

Her face shines with the glory of Jesus. She’s not complaining, but to the contrary keeps praying and praising God, in spite of the terrible pain.

I prayed twice with her and i told her that i would ask others to agree in prayer for her healing. The infection needs to stop and skin needs to regrow over the exposed bones.

Thanks.

I hope all ends well with your friend. I will also offer up a prayer for healing and restoration.

You write: “All her family were saved out of Hinduism years ago by the LORD Jesus after He appeared to her husband, who was a Hindu priest. Then the whole family got saved”.

Could you please share more of this?

Hi LF, that’s all they told me, that he had a vision or dream of the LORD Jesus who said to him that He is the true God, then he sought out a Bible and some believers and before long his wife and children had come to the LORD also.

Thanks Ian. I had an enounter when I was five. Not the shape of a man – more like the wrmth of the sun.

I have also had enounters with some more sinister things – particularly when I started really seraching for God as an adult.

It all seems like a dream, a bit unreal, like a temporary bout of insanity, now that I work and live in a world logic, anlaysis, numbers – and corporate politics.

It was all real. It just doesn’t feel that way now.

I know that all sounds incoherent – just thinking out loud.
