Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asks receives; and he that seeks finds; and to him that knocks it shall be opened. Matthew 7:7-8
Seek and you shall find. What are you seeking? What are you expecting to find?
Knock, and it shall be opened unto you. What are you expecting shall be opened unto you?

What am i seeking? It would be easy to say i’m seeking Jesus. But what does that mean, to seek Him?
Does it mean i just want a deeper experience, like the ultimate high?
Or does it mean i want to be conformed to Him, and to His heart, and His purposes, so that i’m thoroughly faithful with all He has entrusted me with, and so that i glorify Him?
Seek and you shall find. How does a saint of God know WHAT to seek after, in the first place? Surely, if the seeking is to be accurate, then the saint must already HAVE something of what they are seeking, otherwise they wouldn’t even know what to seek after in the first place.
