Be followers of me, even as I also am of Christ

Now I praise you, brethren, because you remember me in all things, and keep the ordinances, as I delivered them to you. 1 Corinthians 11:1-2

Does this fit today? Is Paul our Apostle today, whom we should follow? Would it be appropriate today to consider yourself a follower of Paul, as an Apostle of Christ? (That is, to remember everything he said and do it, today)

You bet it does! Otherwise, explain how things have changed? When did the change happen? When did Paul’s Apostleship become obsolete? Name the exact date the Church should have ceased to follow Paul’s teachings, and by who’s authority?

Give this thought to any Christian leader today and see if their reply is not mumbo jumbo.

The hope is that some would take the Apostle seriously : …remember me in all things, and keep the ordinances, as I delivered them to you.
