Father, bring your Kingdom and perform your will today

After this manner therefore pray: Our Father who is in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Matthew 6:9-10

Father, bring your Kingdom and perform your will today… We will be watching to see how you bring your Kingdom in the lives of our friends today, and how you perform your good and perfect will in their lives today. We want to see you at work, bringing your Kingdom and performing and accomplishing your will, today. We are asking you to do it bcos we can’t do it, only you can. If you work your Kingdom in us and perform your will in us today, to will and do of your good pleasure, to create the knowledge of your will in us and then perform it, then you will be glorified….. in JESUS name!

Watch unto prayer: Pray and watch, pray with active participation in what God is doing, today:

But the end of all things is at hand: be therefore sober minded, and watch unto prayer. And above all things have fervent love among yourselves: for love shall cover a multitude of sins. Practice hospitality one to another without grudging. As every man has received a gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
1 Peter 4:7-10

Someone will say, Hey, aren’t we supposed to do something too? You make it sound like it’s all God and we do nothing.

Answer: It IS all God, it’s about what He does.

Faith means to simply let Him work in you and thru you, by believing that He does exactly that. We cooperate with Him by yielding and believing, and He does the work. And even the believing comes from Him, is His grace. The Cross of Christ leaves no boasting for man.

But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.
    (1Cor 15:10)

Not me! But the grace of God which was with me.
