Dived back into the Book of Revelation and one thing i feel God wants His people to know, thru this book of prophecy, is that when the frightening, earth-shaking and cataclysmic events spoken about there actually take place, and we find ourselves in the thick of this stuff, that we would be comforted to know that it’s only happening bcos HEAVEN HAS ALREADY DECREED these things should happen and when they should happen. It “connects the dots” for us, so we aren’t confused and scared when we see the whole world shaking and coming under judgment. He wants us to know that these things have already been decided in heaven, “things which must take place soon”.

Just briefly: Revelation 6,7 & 8 is about the 7 Seals. (If you will. please read these 3 chapters)
You see the gathering of the saints up into heaven in Ch 7, and that is only after the 6th Seal and before the 7th Seal.
The first 6 seals is not the wrath of God, but it is great tribulation, and even a quarter of the world is destroyed by war and famine prior to the catching away of the saints. The Church will be here just as it has been here thru 2 World Wars already, and thru much persecution in certain countries.
Then it is announced in Rev 6:17 “For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?”
In Ch 7, after the 144,000 Jews are sealed and the Gentile believers are removed, then the wrath of God is poured out on the earth in Ch 8.
The last sign before the catching away of the Church is the opening of the 6th Seal: “And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.”
(Rev 6:12-14)
When you see the stars falling and the sun blackened and the moon red and a great earthquake then we know that the rapture is imminent.
While it is the “pre-wrath rapture” it is NOT a “pre-tribulation rapture”.

Someone wrote: “That is amazing that you do not think that the first six seals are God’s wrath being poured out on men.”
My answer:
Rev 6:17 “For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?”
This “day of His wrath” is announced after the 6th Seal, so we conclude that prior to that, the wars, famines and persecutions (which is tribulation) is not the wrath of God poured out, but the “beginning of sorrows” (Matt 24:8).
The wrath of God happens after the 7th Seal, in Ch 8, and it is a far worse time than during the first 6 Seals.
Ch 7 reveals that a remnant of Jews are sealed and that the Church is taken out before the wrath of God is poured out in Ch 8..
