The Holy Spirit pours the love of God into our hearts

And hope makes not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who is given unto us. Romans 5:5

So, literally, divine love is poured into our hearts. Therefore, to be filled with the Holy Spirit is to be filled with divine love, the love of Christ (as distinct from mere human love).
