Do we really give God the honor He is due?

The Ruler of the Universe is EXTREMELY gracious, considering hardly anyone honors Him or has any time for Him. Earthly rulers are nowhere near as gracious when people dishonor them. I think we hardly honor God, and, certainly, the honor we give Him is far less than He is due, and yet He is amazingly gracious with us.
