If this world fills you and thrills you, the Holy Spirit probably doesn’t.

It would be wonderful to see a Gospel which strips man of every form of pride and arrogance, rather than pandering to and strengthening it.
Too bad we can’t lay hands and impart sincerity.
Jesus Christ is the greatest Man to have ever lived. And, to top that off, He’s still alive.
What percentage of professing Christian disciples pray the way their Master taught them to pray?
One of the signs of spiritual riches in Christ is that we sincerely, diligently and faithfully pray for a number of people regularly, and a sign of spiritual poverty is when this diminishes.
What happens in Christianity when social or cultural customs carry more authority than the Word of God?
It is so vital to allow the truth of the Word of God to touch, govern and heal every part of your being and life, and to surrender all resistance to the truth, allowing His truth to transform everything concerning us.
True Christianity is when most things in a person’s life flow from their relationship with Jesus Christ. If you look at any aspect of their life you see it is the outflowing of their union with Jesus Christ. Now, if everything concerning our life flowed from Him we would be perfect, and only Jesus is the perfect Man. Then, when a person professes to know Christ but most things in their life do not flow from Him they are in trouble.
God instituted the Lord’s Table as the holy and exclusive way to remember and proclaim the Lord’s death till He come. Easter was instituted by man and not God. No need to say more.
What happens in Christianity when social or cultural customs carry more authority than the Word of God?
Easter tradition hijacked the significance, sanctity, centrality and exclusivity of the Lord’s Table, and tradition also robbed the Lord’s Table of its significance as an exclusive and holy fellowship meal. A double hijacking.
Fellowship is not the socializing after the church service is over, rather, it’s what happens when you cancel the church service and relate to one another as equal brothers and sisters, building one another up in the Lord.
A comment i made on FB: The anti-zionists should have a good read of the OT, especially the prophets, and consider how wicked God’s own nation of people became at times, and how extreme God’s punishments were, and yet, no suggestion by any of the prophets that, even as far away from God that Israel backslid, that the land was no longer the land God gave them, no suggestion that God had changed His mind and it’s no longer the Land of Israel, even when it was occupied by Gentile nations as a judgment of God.
Revival is the people of God living in the power of an ungrieved,
unquenched Spirit.

A good doctor never verbally abuses his patients, but he will not hesitate to prescribe tough and painful measures when needed. Translate this into the kingdom of God.
Circumstances are usually hard, but trusting God is not too hard, for He never makes trusting Him too hard, He’s not like that.
The God described in the Bible is not as mysterious as many want him to be.
Of course, God is mysterious as to His infinite glory and wisdom, but He’s not mysterious when it comes to what He requires of man.
When I pray I meet God, it’s a meeting with God, an encounter with God.
Is it right for people who do not love the truth of the words of God to talk about loving God?
