If Hillary had won she would just as much be a “messiah” figure for Liberals as Trump is for many fundamentalists. Let’s have a reality check and a balanced view.

It’s okay to build a security fence anywhere, except along the Mexican border!!

The President is the de facto President of the World, until something changes the equation. This is why he is discussed more than any other world leader.

A Liberal could not conscientiously have any moral objection if the President were a cross-dresser who slept in a different person’s bed each night. On what moral grounds could they object, if he’s happy and not hurting anyone, right?

Every 1440 minutes I allocate about 2 minutes to think about politics.

Unless one has Biblical moral standards how can they argue against hypocrisy, why is it wrong, on what grounds? Why is hypocrisy bad, and sexual immorality not? Who decides this? It’s Ellen or Oprah who become the conscience of the masses.

Blessing

We can bless others only if we are blessed.

Wonderful

Something which is wonderful is something which makes you wonder about it.

Look at someone and say, People are the most wonderful part of God’s creation!

Misguided admiration

Don’t admire people who had to sell their soul to get where they are.

Rays of love

No idol in the Temple

Removal of all idols from the heart and mind is essential, for they must be cleared out of the Temple of God, how can an idol remain standing in the Temple? For YOU are the Temple of God.

The only thing the devil cares about

The devil doesn’t care what religion you belong to, or what you say you believe, only that you serve him.

Temple

“Don’t you know you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple you are.” (I Corinthians 3:16-17)

The Temple of God is the residence of God: God dwelling with His people. This is the standard now for us. This determines the quality of our life, now. God living in our body, the same proximity to God as if we were transported to Heaven, the same dynamics for living, now, as if we were living right in front of the Throne of God. The same standard of holiness as exists before the Throne of God, for we are the Temple of God.

It’s no longer yours

When you cast your care on the Lord it’s no longer yours.

How He wins allegiance

Jesus saved my life, therefore I’m His. This is how He won my allegiance.

Discussions in the dark

Nothing except light can lighten a dark place. Discussions with those in a dark place mean nothing until the light is introduced.

Honor the King

“Honour all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honour the king.” (I Peter 2:17)

BTW, the “king” here was Caesar, the Emperor, an evil man.

So, honor the President, and the ex-Presidents.

Don’t honor any evil policies, yet still honor the man for the sake of his office.

If we’re going to use our democratic privilege to hold him accountable we need to do so in an honorable way.

At His disposal

An important facet of prayer is that one puts oneself at the King’s disposal, to pray for people He wants you to pray for, how He wants you to pray for them, and for how long He wants you to pray – you’re at His disposal.
