Scapegoat

Sinful human nature always tries to find a scapegoat on which to pin the blame.

If we sin, instead of taking full responsibility, we find a scapegoat to blame.

Eve was the first scapegoat. Adam blamed her for his sin, supposedly it was her fault that he sinned. And their children have been doing the same ever since.

Nations have always come up with scapegoats, someone on which to pin the blame for all their problems.

Study history and see the identity of the number one scapegoat through history, it’s the Jews, and nothing has changed.

Supposedly this tiny nation of people on their tiny piece of ancestral land is blocking world peace.

But the surrounding nations and their barbarity, cruelty and zero respect for human rights are supposedly not impediments to world peace.

This reveals that human nature is sinful, corrupt, and the majority opinion will always be very warped.

And that’s why Jesus came, to save sinners.
