In their mouth is no deceit

“And in their mouth was found no deceit: for they are without fault before the throne of God.”
(Revelation 14:5)

There is no double talk. There is nothing you need to read between the lines.

They lay it out just as it is. No clever devices. No scheming, Nothing shrewd. No hidden agenda behind what they say. They’re not peddling anything. They’re not fishing around for praise from men. They’re not manipulating others to get them to do what they want them to do.

There’s no deceit in the mouths: it means they could never deceive you about anything, they never say one thing but mean another. They are straight down the line honest.

There are no word games.

They are not politically correct.

They are not purposely offensive, either.

Very well described br…reminded me of Ps32:2
No selfish interest but only the interest of their Lord
Something like The Lord Jesus described Nathaniel as one without deceit …

  2. ian vincent Says:

That’s right, Nathaniel was exactly that kind of guy.
