The risk of disagreement

Relational church, from time to time, has the awkward and sensitive situation arise where there is disagreement, but isn’t the freedom to discuss, at the risk of disagreement, far better than the lack of freedom to discuss? Because there is always the risk of disagreement traditional churches find it safer to avoid public discussion altogether, but perhaps they don’t realize how damaging that prohibition is.
