Sounds like they didn’t share one cup

“For in eating every one takes before the other his own supper: and one is hungry, and another is drunken”  (1 Cor. 11:21)

.
This “possibly” answers the question of whether they all had their own wine cups, as it would be hard to imagine some guys getting drunk out of one shared cup for the whole church, especially considering “the whole church” in Corinth came together for the Lord’s Table,  so we are talking about perhaps several hundred people at one Lord’s Table.

.
The symbolism is the same if you distribute from one big cup to other cups, you are all drinking from the same cup, in essence.
