Drowning man

A man is drowning, cries “Save me!”, and someone saves him. Similarly, a man realizes he is drowning in his sins, cries “Jesus save me!” and He saves him. Many have experienced this, and you can also.

A stronghold

The church can only function as God intended once the myth that someone must lead the meeting has been dispelled. It’s a myth, but it’s still a stronghold in peoples minds, hindering the spontaneous growth of house churches by free association. The fact that religion always has an angle, an agenda, has poisoned peoples minds to the point they can’t believe it’s possible church can function without someone leading it or standing to gain in some way from it.

Who are you?

Only a few short years ago you did not exist. You started life as a single cell. You’ve come a long way since then, quite a marvel, but where will you be in a few short years from now? Jesus said a person’s life does not consist of the things he possesses. So, take away everything you have and everything you’ve done or achieved and what do you have? What is your life, really? Who are you?

Scan

Do you ever do a body of Christ scan, casting your mind around the planet over all the nations, considering all your brothers and sisters living there, considering what kind of things they may be going through, and thanking God for them?

Signs and date-setting?

A comment i made on FB: There ARE signs in the heavens, as the Lord said, heralding the time is short, but NOT heralding the date of His return.

Hyper-spiritual

“Hyper-spiritual” is self-deceived, it’s the ultimate mask or disguise for the flesh to hide behind and is the deepest form of deception, for when one thinks their pride is actually humility they have lost touch with reality.

Away from the treadmill

Living our lives away from the treadmill of religion.

They thought they were Christians

(Matthew 25:10-13) “And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not. Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man comes.”

Some of the most tragic words in the Bible. He is saying that “Christians” will be shut out – people who thought they were Christians.

Precious life

Do you feel your life is precious? Well, so is everyone else’s life equally as precious.

What will we be remembered by?

Are the things you think are important in life the same things people will remember you for when you’re gone?

Eternity-proof

Our work should be eternity-proof. It shouldn’t be, ‘I worked all my life, for what?

He does not disappoint

Jesus Christ does not disappoint.

Truth

Liberal   –   “Ohh… truth is not so important!”

Christian   –   “Is that the truth?”

Love and truth

We don’t have to choose between love or truth when it’s love which is the greatest truth.

Whom to pity

Gotta pity those who think gazing up into a starry sky and standing in awe of our Creator is something “religious” people do.

Doing us a favor

One of the greatest favors God can do for us is to withhold His blessing if we are not seeking Him with all our heart.

Excited

Are you excited about going to Heaven?

Why Facebook?

Unless Facebook is helping us pray for others then why are we using it?

Ownership

The Creator still owns everything, He hasn’t sold.

 

Ever thought why it is such an offensive concept, that God owns everything and everyone?

 

When we make something we don’t think it unusual that we own what we’ve made.
