Never separate these two

“But God demonstrates his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.” (Romans 5:8-9)
.
“He that believes on the Son has everlasting life: and he that does not believe the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God remains on him.” (John 3:36)

When was the last time you urged someone to be saved from the wrath of God?

One Response to “Never separate these two”

  1. ian vincent Says:

“He that believes on the Son has everlasting life: and he that does not believe the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God remains on him.” (John 3:36)

Here, God’s wrath is against the man who hears the Gospel, but stubbornly refuses to believe the Son.

How would you feel if someone refused to believe you?

But in this case it is magnified by the sacrifice He made for us all.
