Judged by the Word

Interesting, considering the doctrinal wars going on, that at the Judgment Seat of Christ we are judged by the Word of God, and not by the word of our favorite Bible teacher.

Christians will be judged by the Word of God, Jesus said.

This means God expects and requires everyone to understand and heed the Word of God for themselves.

What John Macarthur or Beth Moore said will be irrelevant.

It’s not going to go well with those who read the Bible but didn’t heed it.

When a denomination has drifted far from heeding God’s word, having women as their leaders is not the real problem.

For example, Catholicism is that far removed from Biblical Christianity that it wouldn’t make any difference if the pope were a woman, or even a man who identifies as a woman.

You have commercialized “churches” in America debating whether women can be leaders. Why should they be barred from making serious money under the guise of Christianity? It’s not fair.

And we have a preacher who has made over 10 million dollars merchandising the gospel tell us women teachers are unBiblical?

What we are talking about is like whether we should have red colored deck chairs on the Titanic or green color?

Should we have long debates and contention about what color these deck chairs should be, as the “ship” slowly sinks?
