Here he goes again preaching Universal Reconciliation by saying there is no individual salvation, and implying, that, either, all humanity is saved, or no one is saved.

It seems to imply that, as God sees the end from the beginning, that He will guide you today according to what He sees in the future. He might well block plans or relationships when He sees the outcome of them, which we could not have foreseen.

The imagery is of the Roman archers who would shoot flaming arrows, and just one such arrow could start a big fire.
We don’t have to let the fiery arrows through the force field shield of faith.
Our faith is grounded in the truth in Jesus.
The fiery arrows are lies, false accusations or misapplied truth, or temptations (and every temptation is, itself, a lie).
If the arrows are always coming at us, then faith has to be a full time way of living.
