No follower of Jesus is ever a victim or a pawn in a game. No victimhood.

See Romans 8.

Everyone has an appointment with Jesus Christ, everyone will stand on trial in God’s Courtroom.

So be reconciled to Him today.

When a person responds to the Gospel, if there’s no true repentance from sin, there’s no true faith.

“Thy will be done”

It WILL be done.

Every preacher and organization which has claimed to restore the “true” gospel over the last century has been a cult.

The gospel has been faithfully preserved in the Holy Bible and doesn’t need “restoring”.

The Bible says there are spiritually only two kingdoms: the Kingdom of Christ, and the Kingdom of satan, And there’s no neutrality, everyone belongs to one or the other, everyone either serves Jesus Christ or the devil.

What does it mean for you?

That you’re no longer a slave?

No longer a slave of your sin, of your flesh nature, of your ego, of your vanity, of your past, of your peers and friends, of your religion or philosophy, of your culture or society, of the media, of your habits and desires??

No longer a slave of the devil?

The Parable of the Talents.

Jesus returns and sees if we did the work He gave us to do.

God never intended this earth be a stage for man’s wickedness.

If God should withdraw His goodness and kindness to man, it would be as if the Sun refused to shine and it was perpetual night.

Man was created to love God.

So, when he sinned and turned away from God it was not surprising that he loved something else other than God, because he was created that way.

An idol is a substitute for God.

Anything which keeps you from God is an idol.

As this world destroys itself and this age comes to its end, we must still serve the Lord, and even more so.

“Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20 For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.”

Matthew 5:19-20

The Lord Jesus is giving a practical measure or standard by which someone can know whether they will go to Heaven.

If a professing believer sees that his way of living is no better than the hypocrisy of a Pharisee, then Jesus assures him that at least he can know he is not going to Heaven.

And, if that’s the case, he had better repent now.

So Jesus sets a standard by which we can know our true state.

How does God teach us empathy for those who suffer?

By allowing us to suffer, and bringing us to a place where we really appreciate the care of others.

Historically, blacks have been treated appallingly at times. It’s a deep shame.

But we don’t see how Trump has got anything to do with it.

It’s a shame skin color even has to be mentioned or has become an issue.

But there’s many evils in this world, and it’s also a shame they need to be mentioned.

Prejudice against ANY skin color is racism.

Let’s have equality of outrage.

Let’s have equal outrage when anyone kills anyone.

Keep putting out the truth of God’s Word and see what God will do with it.

The Sower sows the Word.
