For a Christian, the higher the flight of fancy, the harder the fall back to reality.

Worrying will not help, is what Jesus said.

Trusting God will ensure you’re blessed, and therefore you won’t worry.

That which we recieve freely from Jesus Christ by His grace is LIFE.

Everything else is not LIFE.

It’s merely existing.

Which things that Jesus said do you have a problem with?

When you understand why you have a problem with those things then you’ve understood your own problem.

People can be very convincing.

But so can Jesus.

We gotta choose who we will be convinced by.

Defining your terms is everything these days because people do tend to define the same term in various ways: it means different things to different people.

For example, when the Pope talks about “fundamentalists” he means anyone who disagrees with him.

Or people who believe what Jesus said.

Do Christians hate Liberals?

Who hates who?

It depends on how you define hate.

If you define it as disagreement, then everyone hates everyone.

But if you define it as using insulting language, mockery and reviling, or even violence, then… it becomes apparent as to who is hating who.

BUT then… the word “insult” is defined by some to mean that you simply disagree with them, or don’t comply with their demands, and they are insulted by that.

This settles the Food Doctrines once and for all:

“There is nothing that enters a man from outside which can defile him; but the things which come out of him, those are the things that defile a man.”

Mark 7:15

If Jesus Christ is our passion, then His word and message most certainly will be also.

“The resurrection of Jesus Christ is either one of the most wicked, vicious, heartless hoaxes ever foisted upon people, or it is the most important fact of history.”

  • Josh McDowell

“The resurrection issue takes the question ‘Is Christianity valid?’ out of the realm of philosophy and makes it a question of history.”

  • Josh McDowell

Can you believe that some of the most anti-Christian people you know will one day be shining with the Holy Spirit and glorifying Jesus?

“Be angry, and do not sin”: do not let the sun go down on your wrath, nor give place to the devil.”

Ephesians 4:26-27

So, anger gives the devil a place IF it is not dealt with.

What happens in the spiritual life of a believer when they have given such a place to demonic forces?

It won’t be a nice experience.

They gave the enemy a place or ground in their life.

They need to thoroughly repent by faith and take that ground back.

In the transaction of forgiving someone who’s hurt us, we would want that transaction to cover any or all future offenses from them, forgiving them in advance.

The Liberal’s default setting and auto response to truth is, “That’s unloving!”
