The best and highest use of the mind is to contemplate who God is.

As Jesus can’t return until after the Antichrist comes, then we would want the Antichrist to come, and the sooner the better.

It’s either GRACE or LAW.

We get to decide which we want.

Either, God completely forgives all our sins against Him on the basis we believe Jesus satisfied the penalty of the law for those sins.

Or, we don’t believe this, and, therefore, by default, are judged by God’s Law for every single instance where we have broken His Laws.

If we are righteously judged for every time we have broken God’s laws then the full penalty of the law is on our head – eternal punishment and separation from God.

What can Christians expect in the very last days before Jesus’ return?

We can expect what the first century Christians experienced.

Both the persecution and the glory.

It’s back to the beginning.

If we are not givers it’s because our heart is not big enough.

To not have the Holy Spirit is to be spiritually dead – that is, dead on your feet – you’re living, but you’re spiritually dead – living, but have no life – dead in sins, the Bible says, because only Christ can make us alive to God.

Twitter’s censorship pattern points to what’s really going on.

The actual rulers now are those who control information.

“…You do not know what will happen tomorrow.

For what is your life?

It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away.”

James 4:14

In the world, to live without God is the normal way of life.

“God’s church isn’t in trouble.

Man’s church is.”

Thankyou Lord for eternal life.

“And now, O Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was.”

John 17:5

Here, Jesus shows understanding and consciousness of His preexistence.

The Incarnation is incredible.

“What then if you should see the Son of Man ascend where He was before?”

John 6:62

“Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I proceeded forth and came from God; nor have I come of Myself, but He sent Me.”

John 8:42

“Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into His hands, and that He had come from God and was going to God…”

John 13:3

Such texts as these prove the Incarnation.

The Man, Jesus, was a visitor to this earth, coming from another place, a place where He was living with God from eternity.

This proves He was, and is, God in the flesh.

He took on a human body, and He took it on forever, in an irreversible event called the Incarnation.

After rising from the dead, His human body became a glorified human body, which is a real, physical “flesh and bone” body, yet without physical limitation, because it is glorified.

And He promised His followers the same glorified body.

Yes, “God is good all the time” even when He destroyed the human race in a flood, and will soon wipe out one third of the world’s population.

“By these three plagues a third of mankind was killed…”

Revelation 9:18a

As to why people turn away from Jesus:

“I guess eternal life isn’t enough?”

“We are more fulfilled when we are involved with something bigger than ourselves.”

  • John Glenn

(….something like God?)

To anyone who believes in Jesus but is hesitating to get baptized:

Search your heart and find the REAL reason why you are hesitating, then resolve that matter before God.

Even if there is only one soul I take to Heaven with me it would be worth a lifetime of preaching and witness.

Regardless of the benefits or shortcomings of Christian organizations, the Biblical definition of “the church” is the sum total of those “in Christ”, the “body of Christ”. It is one holy people, one holy nation, a Kingdom, and it is found in every tribe, language group and nation on earth.

Basically, if we don’t understand the Bible we understand nothing.
