Therefore, when they had come together, they asked Him, saying, “Lord, will You at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?”

7 And He said to them, “It is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has put in His own authority.

8 But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” (Acts 1:6-8)

a. One day Christ’s visible, physical Kingdom will be in Israel and rule over the earth.

b. The times are under the Father’s sovereign authority.

c. It is not given to us to know God’s timing. He has told us what will happen, and the signs of His coming, but He has not told us when. This is very pertinent to the time we’re living in now with the Covid plague. We don’t know when it will be over, and we don’t need to know. We need to proceed by faith.

d. The timing is not our concern, but to be filled with the Holy Spirit and be His witnesses is all we need to be concerned about.

“Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.”

Romans 8:37

To be conformed to Christ will mean you’re not conformed to anyone else.

(See Rom. 12:1-2)

You can tell a society has been brainwashed when they all have the same robotic reaction to things.

India update: The second wave is in plague proportions. That’s not gov or media spin, it’s reality. Deaths are escalating everywhere, far more than the first wave. The mutations are much more dangerous. Please pray for India.

I heard that steam inhalation up the nose can kill the virus before it spreads from the nose. Apparently it stays in the nose a few days before spreading. Worth a try if you’re being exposed to the virus daily.

Scripture is what God has said. Therefore, to misunderstand scripture is to misunderstand God, and to understand scripture is to understand God.

“There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.” (Rom 8:1) (Modern translations omit part B)

This means there is no condemnation from God toward those truly in Christ, and who live according to the Spirit.

It doesn’t mean that others won’t condemn us.

It means, even if the devil and the whole world condemns you, God doesn’t condemn you.

We could argue that the concept of justice was given to man by God.

It entails a price must be paid: an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.

The scales of justice need to be balanced.

So, imagine a world where there was no concept of justice?

Someone murders your child. You would just have to accept the fact that that’s what the murderer wanted to do, so, who are you to seek punishment for the murderer? And why would you seek the punishment of the murderer?

It goes far deeper than deterrence or teaching him a lesson: the scales of justice must be balanced.

There is an innate value called Justice.

Not surprising, then, that when people depart from God then true justice falls in the street, as scripture says.

True justice is becoming a rare commodity.

But God always executes His justice in the end.

No one ever escapes it.

But in the Cross divine justice is satisfied for all who believe.

The Bible is the cure for racism because it teaches all people are fellow descendants of one common ancestor, we are all related.
