The greatest experience of my life, by far, is to get up early and spend 1 or 2 hours alone with God every day.
Nothing in this world can compare to this experience.
Nothing can compare to knowing God.
Knowing and experiencing the fullness of God in Christ Jesus causes us to perceive the emptiness of the things of the world.
…..
We don’t pray to feel good, but after praying you will feel good.
……
We can also worship God by singing!
…..
The fact that Jesus Christ rose from the dead means there is no other way than through Him.
…..
All creation is proof of a Creator, and tells us much about Him.
It’s scientifically impossible for matter to come forth out of nothing, and equally impossible for inanimate matter to develop into living things. Yet, here we are. Therefore…
……
Immoral nations deserve immoral governments.
But let’s pray we don’t get what we deserve.
Government tyranny is a wake up call for Christians to pray for the government.
…….
Is it ever really necessary to refer to the color of someone’s skin?
If so, why? What purpose does it serve?
…..
“You are my father. I am your son. But you think of yourself as a colored man. I think of myself… as a man.”

…..
Loving yourself is the greatest impedance to loving God.
(See 2 Tim. 3:1-5)
The context here is professing Christians, not the world.
……
Little kids sometimes appreciate the gifts they receive more than the giver. But when they become adults they hopefully appreciate the giver more than the gifts.
Relate this to God.
……
It has been said that only perfect people can enter into Heaven and live face to face with God because God is perfect. This is true, and this is why the Gospel of Jesus Christ is such good news for sinners, and why any other way is impossible.
“Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, And to present you faultless Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy” (Jude 24)
“…Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood” (Rev. 1:5)
….
Spoiler alert: Go directly to the end of the Bible to find out who wins.
……
Truth is very important.
We realize this when someone lies to us, or lies about us.
Then we realize truth is not a religious issue.
…..
Where ever we go on earth we take our problems with us, because our problems are within.
……
Why do you need an Apostle today to understand what the Bible teaches?
Do Apostles today have a better understanding of the Bible than anyone else?
My point is that IF there are Apostles today they are NOT to be viewed as authoritative sources of the truth, such as were the original Apostles.
They will simply facilitate churches functioning as per the pattern established by the original Apostles.
……
If your religion doesn’t reconcile you to God then what good is it? If you’re religious, but not saved, what good is it?
……
Fellowship happens spontaneously anywhere true Christians meet because the word of God is in their heart and mind, and the Holy Spirit works through them.
……
“…Can the blind lead the blind? Will they not both fall into the ditch?” (Luke 6:39)
Show me a blind leader, and I will show you blind followers. Blind people follow blind leaders.

“Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.” (Gal. 5:19-21)
Paul is reminding them of this truth. In Romans he unequivocally states that, “all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God”, and therefore only those with faith in Christ can inherit the Kingdom of God. Without Christ all are guilty under the law.
The Galatians know this.
The implication of this passage is that all who are outside of Christ practice these works of the flesh which are listed. And Jesus taught that to desire something evil is the same as committing it.
Note the list, that envy or selfish ambition is in the same category as murder, in the sight of God.
Note, that the practice of any form of sexual immorality disqualifies one.
Now, those who are outside of Christ are already disqualified because of their past sins, which they remain guilty of as long as they are outside of Christ. If an unbeliever reads this passage he shouldn’t think he can gain the Kingdom of God by trying to be good. Even if he tries hard he is still guilty of his past sins. He needs to come to Christ and be forgiven of everything.
And, Paul is reminding the Galatians that, regardless of what they profess to believe, if they continue to practice any of these things they won’t inherit the Kingdom of God. Period. Whether they lose salvation, or were never saved to begin with, it makes no difference, because none who practice these things will inherit the Kingdom.
…..
“…Those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.” (Gal. 5:24)
Therefore, those who have not crucified the passions and desires of the flesh do not belong to Christ.
……
Governments shouldn’t interfere with basic human rights.
Don’t vote for such governments.
You would be a fool to.
……
As the world attacks true Christians, the world should know they are loved by the ones they hate.
Jesus said, love your enemies.
……
If Jesus Christ is in us, how can we remain discouraged? Or, remain depressed?
……
Those who quote scriptures and discuss them without a sound thinking process invariably aren’t even aware of what a sound thinking process is.
……
“…For you are still carnal (fleshly). For where there are envy, strife, and divisions among you, are you not carnal and behaving like mere men?” (1 Cor. 3:3)
If such a person as described here has been born again, and therefore has the Holy Spirit in them, then they must be constantly grieving and resisting the Holy Spirit.
They would be constantly offending God, yet claiming to be His children.
So, it’s a very serious condition to be like the Corinthians.

Joe Biden, how does showing an ID when you vote threaten democracy? How does it infringe on people’s rights? Are people’s rights being threatened every time an ID is required to do bank transactions or travel?
And wouldn’t you agree that if an ID is not required for voting then it’s possible that people can make multiple votes, and thus eroding democracy?
Here is the game plan:
Claim to be the great defender of democracy, and thus distract attention away from your efforts to destroy it.
It shows the naked hypocrisy of some politicians.
