“Mansions” means dwelling places: rooms, living spaces, houses or such like.

No doubt, a much better kind of house than we live in now.

How much is God involved in your life?

If the Holy Spirit is in you (and the Holy Spirit is indeed God) then we could say that God is very involved in your life.

Whatever sin in others repulses, grieves or hurts us, we need to acknowledge that the same sin lurks within our own sin nature, somewhere deep in our heart, at least in some measure, as we all inherited a sin nature.

We have a sin nature, a natural bent to disobey and shun God, and this is why Jesus said, ‘You must be born again!’ …so He can give us a new nature, which is His nature.

It’s fair to say that when someone has false views of God, and heretical ideas about the truths of scripture, or a lifestyle which is not harmonious with Jesus of Nazareth, then, if they claim to have intimacy with God we need to ask, which God? And which Jesus? And which Spirit? And which Gospel?

Walking in the Spirit is predicated upon a person knowing the reality of the Holy Spirit indwelling them all the time, therefore, moment by moment it is this reality which governs their thoughts, words and actions. If their thoughts, words and actions, choices and decisions, are in harmony with the indwelling Holy Spirit, and they know His witness within them, having peace with what He is at peace with, and being disturbed by what disturbs Him, they live, moment by moment by this dynamic. And if they don’t, they know it and quickly repent.

Jesus saved me 35 years ago. For every moment of every day since then He has been real to me. I’m very happy He saved me.
