Because I’m in Jesus Christ I’m already happy. I don’t do things to try and make myself happy, because I’m already happy. That said, this happiness can spring up at anytime. It’s always there. It’s called Joy.
…..
A basic human right is the right to hold moral values of right and wrong, and to express them if you so desire.
If authorities are against you for simply expressing your view that something or someone is wrong, or that anyone’s actions are immoral, then your human rights have been violated.
…..
Consider, that Jesus Christ will never let you down. He is the truest Friend there is.
…..
Watching the BBC and learned that the reason women have no rights in Afghanistan is because it is a “Conservative” country.
See the propaganda?
“Conservatives” subjugate women.
“Conservatives” are bad.
The unthinking person doesn’t stand a chance, they will be brainwashed.
…..
Heard today:
“We live in a time when people can’t tell fact from fiction”
…..
Today is yesterday’s tomorrow. Today is the future of former days. Today is tomorrow’s yesterday. How does it feel to be living in the future, or in the past?
…..
Whatever we believe about God and living our life it should reflect exactly what the Bible teaches.
…..
We can’t exactly think we love someone if we can’t be bothered to pray for them.
…..
Christian, God is preparing us for eternity with Him in His never-ending Kingdom. Every day we are being prepared by Him.
…..
Remember, there’s a wrath to come.
How will you escape it?
Any plans formulated?
….
Each person’s soul is of infinite value.
Wouldn’t it be an infinite tragedy if your soul was lost forever?
…..
Perhaps 90% of our prayer time should be praying for others by name.
….
What happens when we pray is too fantastic to describe. To think that Almighty God hears us and responds!
…..
If the person we’re praying for gets truly filled with the Holy Spirit then that’s all our prayers answered in one. We can’t hope for better than that. And they don’t need anything more than that, and they certainly need nothing less than that.
…..
Only those who have Christ’s righteousness imputed to them by faith can stand guiltless and blameless before a thrice holy God.
The perfect righteousness of His Son is the only righteousness acceptable to Him.
Read Romans chapter 4.
…
Man builds Christendom.
Christendom is an amalgam of true and false elements, all mixed together.
Christ builds His Kingdom.
Many in Christendom are also in the Kingdom.
They have the word of God in their hands.
They will grow to place the word of God as higher authority than the word of man.
And thus Christ builds His church, which is His body, not an organization.
….
The problems of society are, in essence, and at their root, spiritual problems.
…..
And Jesus said to them, “Take heed and beware of covetousness, for one’s life does not consist in the abundance of the things he possesses.” (Luke 12:15)
If your life is not what you possess or have achieved, or any glory you receive from others, then, what does your life consist of?
…..
Jesus prayed in a garden. He prayed in the desert. He prayed on the grassy hills of Galilee – wherever He could get away from people and get alone.
…..
I’m glad Jesus is the judge, and not someone else.
…..
Believing in Jesus Christ also entails believing He has a plan and purpose for your life. Then, believing He has a plan and purpose for your life will entail believing in His providence and providential actions toward that end. So, we need to watch out for His providential actions toward that end and expect them.

When an ostrich sticks its head in the sand it is not doing it because it doesn’t believe or know there is danger, it does it because it mistakenly thinks if it denies the danger exists then it will be safe.
Its sticking its head in the sand is a reaction to the truth, not an ignorance of it.
All people know the truth, they just deny what they know:
“…suppressing the truth in unrighteousness…” (Rom.1:18)
….
“Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.” (1 John 5:21)
An idol can be anything which takes the rightful place in our lives which belongs to the LORD alone.
God sees it as an exchange. We exchanged Him for something else. We replaced Him.
….
One of the vital elements of a life of worship is to be in utter awe of God.
